*LATEST UPDATE*
Construction work is continuing at pace on our new Emergency Department. The roof is now poured, and interior structures are starting to take shape.
On the 6th September the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust held a public engagement session so local people could look at the interior designs and provide feedback on how we can make the new Emergency Department even better.
This included getting the first glimpse of our 3D fly through video of the new build. CHECK IT OUT!
There is about a year to go until the new development opens, which will include the new Emergency Department, a Children's Emergency Department, and an improved environment of the existing ED space.
