Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes invited Brighter Futures to attend their lodge dinner on Saturday 22nd April to receive a cheque to support the Radiotherapy Appeal.
After a year of fundraising RAOB handed over an impressive £1300.
The group said
'One of our members recently had cause to use the Centre at Oxford to treat a prostate problem. He and his wife had to rely on volunteer transport, some days they did not get back to Wootton Bassett until 10.o.Clock in the evening. It was extremely exhausting for them for the six weeks of the treatment, so, much needed in this area'
We are extremely grateful of their support and our volunteer Ned who popped along to collect the cheque and say a few words about the charity.
